Akira smiled and pulled him down onto the ground beside her. She leaned against him and sighed. "They should just keep us out here. It's nice." She grabbed a small bag of doritos and opened it. She munched on one while she thought. She looked up at him. "Why didn't you just let them take me?" He was her friend now...but she didn't know if he felt that way about her.

To answer her first question I pointed to the immortals who were already getting pulled back into their cells. Then I looked at her for a second, trying to process the question. "I couldn't let them take my only friend in this dread full place." I smiled and poked her stomach gently, and laughed.

Akira smiled. "Good to know you didn't just want to use me as a way to escape." She giggled. "It's nice having a friend though." She picked up another piece of food. "Sorry if i freaked you out when i took off earlier...i haven't flown in so long." She sighed, gazing at the sky between the branches above them. She was determind to fly at least one more time before they were put back inside. She got up and sat on his lap. She smiled. "I don't want to get grass stains on my white dress." She gently kissed his cheek then nibbled on a cookie.

I smiled at her, and the let her sit in my lap. I saw that she wanted to go and fly and I smiled. "Why don't you go test out those wings again...?" I smiled at her, and chuckled.

Akira smiled. "I guess I will....and in the meantime...eat something." She smiled and stood up. She walked into the field and opened her huge wings. They were 20 feet in all. She flapped them and shot into the air. She flew for a while, doing little flips and such.

Akira landed and closed her wings. She walked back to him, practically glowing with happiness. She sat on his lap again and rested her head on his shoulder. She sighed. "That was so fun. I wish i could fly all of the time." She grabbed a cereal bar and ate a little of it.

I grabbed a cookie with a smile, and rested my head lightly on hers, as I took a bite out of the cookie. I smiled at her. "Maybe they will start letting us outside every day...?"

Akira smiled. "I sure hope so." She grabbed a bottle of some kind of soda. Maybe it was diet coke? Who knows. She took a sip. Yep. Diet coke. She sighed and closed her eyes. "Do you think we'll be here forever?" She thought of something...why hadn't she thought of it before? "Wait...why do they put a girl and boy in each cell?" Maybe they were meant to like, 'repopulate' or something. What would they do with the kids? Surely they would be more powerful because of the combined powers. So would they use them as secret military advancements? Like a secret weapon? Or kill them to torment the immortals further? Or maybe thats not even why they were placed like this. But you couldn't help but wonder.
