The thing that turned her against the world was when her little baby sister, just six years old, was diagnosed with cancer. Her sister lost her hair quickly and Joy was seven at the time. When Cody does talk though, his voice is mysterious and he usually leaves you with questions to ask yourself like "What does he mean?" or "Where is it?". He can be very confusing at times. One girl specifically Cody liked more, grabbed his hand and pushed him in the wooden boat sitting next to him "Lets go for a ride. Just you and me." The girls groaned and she rolled her eyes paddling out into the middle of the lake. The girl smiled as she eyed Cody "Im very hungry." She said her stomach grumbling as she licked her lips and one of the girls fangs. Cody was so starstruck by her beauty the he never noticed what was coming. The girl leaned in for a kiss and Cody puckered his lips up. Until he missed and the girl dug her fangs into his neck. What seemed like hours, his body laid limp on the wooden boat floating in a puddle of his own blood.
