I sighed and pointed to Kat and Crow, "See him? I knew him. Both lives. Human and Angel...We were..close..really close but he was banished to Hell and now I find him here. Acting like I meant nothing to him.." I rolled away from his view, facing the wall once more. I knew I shouldn't have told him that, but I also knew he wouldn't stop bugging me about it.

He shrugged. "Truth?" He murmered, not blinking, He was watching Kat, her face, observing the way her face portrayed emotion. He then blinked, leaning back against the wall. He blew some hair out of his eyes, his hand pinching his wrist. Devon didn't want to make the sign again. He was tired of feeling a pang of sorrow, unlike the kind he felt when looking at Celestina.

What were we? Boyfriend, Girlfriend? Best friends? Just friends? Another one of the girls he had dated? What? I knew he knew but there was no way he was going to tell me. Especially with his new girlfriend around.

Lise nervously glanced around, deep in thought. She wondered why he had asked the question but looked at herself and realized she was small for her age. "I'm eight teen. I was changed not even a day before I came here. But I hardly notice I'm a vampire." She thought for a while then added, "I was turned on my birthday. It was horrifying." Normally Lise was a quiet person, but it just flowed out. She stared at Aaron for a long moment wondering what he was. Definately not a vampire...

He looked down. "Uh, I try to... stop myself from doing sign language..." He muttered, trying to keep his answer as vague as possible. There was a lot of twists in Devon's life, like most. He had not only been an angel, but a guardian angel at some point. Which was the reason he was banished to Hell. He had loved a deaf boy. He once showed himself to him, which isnt necassarily against the rules. He laearned it. One day, Devon failed, He failed to protect the little deaf boy. He wondered why they gave him a small kid. How old was he? Around ten?

The immortals and Alley's are still imprisoned right? Or, are they like out now? And where does this take place? Forest, Town, Etc. I'm not that observant over the whole story's but I still read it.

Actually, I prohibi Celestina from owning so many knives. They would've been taken away from her. This is PRISON, they would've checked her. I allowed one, but not another.

They're all in jail/prison. It's probably the largest jail in the world. There are two Immortals two each cell, and they get a break out on a empty field with a few trees at least three times a week. Patrols (Guards) have stun sticks and electric whips for protection, and if you keep shocking yourself from the bars - if you stick your hand out too far they shock you hard - you're in for a whipping or isolation.

I nodded, pressing my head up against the wall again. I few pieces of my hair slightly covered bits of my eyes, but I didn't bother to shake them off. I thought for a moment. Suddenly, I got out of my daze, what were Nico and Celestina doing? Probably trying to get out of this hellhole. Lucky, unless the guards catch them. I didn't have a knife with me. I looked back at Crow, "Your turn."
