I frowned and sat down on my bed. Why would he do that to himself? The Devon I knew would never hurt himself..at least not when someome that cared about him told him to stop. I ran my fingers through my hair and cursed at my black wings. They had searched me before I had come in but in the bottem in a hidden compartment, I had a knife. When all the guard's left I took it out and went over the lock at an attempt to pick it.

He rolled his eyes as the Patrol pushed him into the room. They strapped him in, though he managed to kick one. He felt the stinging electric whip hit him, they'd putten him on his stomach and raised his shirt. Devon closed his eyes and thought as his back turned red, fully of gashes from so many hits. The pain was bearable, but to a limit. He clenched his teeth, he'd managed not to scream the last few times. He sighed, watching as they unstrapped him once again and shoved him back into the cell. He looked at Katherine. "What?" He muttered, sticking his hand out of the cell once again. The pain from the shock waas nothing, and he actually grinned. It felt like a pinch, a bad one, but still.

I gave him a look. It was only a couple gaurds, he could take them on. Why didn't he? "Why didn't you kill them?" I asked, smirking. I totally would have. If I was out of this cell right now, I would rip the guards' neck off and shove it up their eyeballs. That would hurt, I smirked.

I gave up with the lock and put the knife back into my boot. I looked at Nico and back at Devon. There was so much I wanted to tell him after he was banished. But he didn't even seem to notice me. All he was focusing on was hurting himself. It not only hurt him but it hurt me. It hurt my heart.

He shrugged, blinking. "I can actually feel pain, love - they have guns, and I'm flesh. And I don't feel like getting the isolation. Which is something they do to the 'Worst'" He smiled. Devon pushed his arm out of the cell again, it was almost about to catch fire, his arm was really hot. He thought about killing one. He had killed over fifty his time here, and that wasn't alot compared to other prisoners. Each time was wonderful, feeling blood in his hands. He had once twisted a Patrol's head 360 degrees. That one got him a short period of isolation.

I let my mind go back to when I last knew him. To the smiles, the laughs...Looking at him now I relized that that part of Devon was long ago lost. He wasn't the same and nither was I. We both had changed. We were just to kids. Maybe a summer romace. Not even! But we had grown apart. The bond we shared had shiverled up and died. But I still had a place in my heart holding him. The many years I yearned to see his face again..

Katherine.

I smirked, "Something tells me you don't like killing mortals. Me, if I want to live and not turn into a mummified stage, then I have to keep a a healthy a healthy supply of blood in my system. You know if you could turn into a vampire, you could shut off all your emotions? All you have to do is flip the switch and you feel nothing." I sighed. This was true, if I was locked up in here without blood, I would grow weak and start to mummify. Eventually my heart would struggle to pump the last bit of blood in my system, and then it runs out, my veins will start to rub together. And that's the most unbearable pain ever, I never could truly die without fire or a stake through my heart. And the shutting off your emotions part, that's a myth. Well, not necessarily. Once you get over 100 years of age, you just have to pretend. I sighed and laid back down.

He sighed, wincing as he pushed his arm through the bar again. It still hadn't caught on fire. His arm felt like it was in Hell, yet the rest of his body wasn't. Hell was worse, but the pain was close enough. "Sounds wonderful, but my blood is now black and undrinkable, just so you know." He muttered, laying down on the floor. He stared up at the ceiling, cringing every once in a while as his arm twitched. He wondered if a Fallen could die again. He also wondered how he could talk when his back was killing him and his arm was practically on fire. Devon stayed laying down, though. He stared at the ceiling again, imagining how nice it would be if Katherine could punch a hole through, and see if there was an outside. He could fly out, maybe help her climb out, too. He doubted that.

I sighed. "I've always wanted to know what a Fallen's blood would taste like." I licked my lips and smirked. "Probably fulfilling. After all, a supernatural being has one of the tastiest blood types ever. It's like eating a really expensive, rare steak." I smirked "But I wouldn't hurt you. I want out of this hellhole and something tells me that you know a way out." I stood up and clicked my heels. They were my favorite pair, black leather ankle booties.

Devon

He smirked. "And what does that mean? You know what it means? It means I get to keep my blood a little longer until we break out. After that, what? Then you're going to bite me? I'd love to see how that turns out." Devon cracked his hand, still laying down. He sighed, staring at the ceiling. He felt like he was going to get knocked out at any moment. Until he realized he couldn't open his eyes. And then he was knocked out. It felt nice, not feeling anything, not thinking.

Katherine.

I rolled my eyes. A vampire's blood could heal a mortal, but I don't know about a immortal. Time to experiment. I bit my own hand and gave him a let a few drops of my blood drip into his mouth. I saw back in a corner, with my head against the wall, my knees were in front of my chest. I waited, he should be back in no time. All those cuts from the whipping and those nasty stings should be gone to. I'm probably going to regret this later on...

His eyes snapped open after a minute. And then he groaned, feeling an harsh pain. He instantly sat up, looking at his arm. He blinked, and cursed. "What the fu-" He muttered, standing up. He looked at Katherine and rose a pierced eyebrow. "Okay, I'm going to need some explaining on what the hell just happened..." He mumbled, moving his arm around. It felt fine, normal. He frowned, one drawing had smudged completely. He looked back at her, solemn. "So?"

I stood up and smirked. "That's my little secret. Maybe i'll tell you later on." I sat back on his bed and motioned to the girl in the other cell with the guy with the snakebites. I smirked. "Aren't you gonna talk to her? I do enjoy awkward moments." I smirked and sorta leaned against the wall of his bed.

"What the fu-" Nice cutting off scene. I suppose he was going to say "fudge", but any word starting with F and U works to. :3.

He walked over by the cell's opening, staring out of the bars. He watched her, she was talking to some one else. The same wings, there were three now? He had been the only one at first, but now...

Just got back from Church 8D The funniest thing just happened O.o After mom, stepdad and I came back, we forgot out house keys. It ended up with Chris climbing 3 floors to reach my window since it was the only one left open. 2 minutes after he opened the door for us, my grandparents came. They had a key. Plus it was raining like crazy. Poor stepdad :c
