damon drove back to the house and turned off the car. He grabbed Zoe and some of the bags before heading into the house. Damon followed her to the room and put the bag on the bed. She said she would help, then make an odd comment. Damon busted out laughing and shook his head. " Okay then." Damon grabbed his lock box and placed it in the corner.

They unpacked his stuff and he sat down on the bed. The room was of good size and the gods seemed to like it. A tree was right out the window, a branch leading close to it. Zoe would be able to come and go as she plesed, Damon went over and opened to window. " i'll keep this open for Zoe, okay?" Damon looked at her with a smile. " Thank you so much again." he said walking over and giving her a hug.

Kay: Kay also birsted into laughter and then helpped him unpack "See, Im fun to be around. So is my mom" once they had finished, Kaylee hurried to her room and put the bags away. Hurrying back to Damons room. Nodding she sat on the bed "Alright, thats not a problem. If it rain's then just close it, from that tree, the water gets in easily"

smiling, she hugged him back, and gently to be careful with his back "you are welcome. You deserve something like this. Calm, you get your meals. Have someone to help and talk to you. Its safe here. But at night, make sure that window Is closed and locked. I dont want robbers coming in." She hesitated but kissed his cheek softly. "If you need anything just come around to my room. Im right across the hall"

Damon nodded. " I will." The russian Blue cat can in through the window and sat on the bed. damon smiled when she hugged him back. And grinned when she kissed his cheek blushing slightly. " Will do." She left the room and Damon sat down on the bed sighing he laid back and patted Zoe's head. A coupl of hours passed and there was a small knock in the door.

Damon looked over as the door opened Kaylee's mother stood in the door way. " Hi." He said giving a smile and standing up. " I hope you don't mind that Kaylee's letting me stay here, thighs, have not been good at my house." King huffed a small bark from where he was in the corner of the room. Coke and Pepsi both stood and walked over to her the hair on their backs up. " Be nice." damon said and the dogs all shut up. Coke turned and walked back over to where she had been and Pepsi sat next to Damon.

Kay's mother:: Knocked on the door gently and smiled when he had opened the door "Its alright, she told me the whole story. I feel very bad for a young man like you. Shes right that you dont deserve to be in that house and get beatened. Anyway, how are thoes wounds and Bruises?" she asked kindly.

Once he had finished explaining she spoke "Dinner is ready also. And I made some food for the dogs. The cat I would have to run to the store for her. So i'll be alittle late untill I come back" leaving she went to the store.

Damon told the woman about what his father had done. And showed her some of the large bruises and cuts." Oh you didn't need to do that, I would have gotten them some, but that you." With that she left to get Zoe some food. Damon turned to his dogs and called them down the stairs. They followed him down and ate what had been given to them. damon got a plate and sat down at the table. " You mom seems nice." He said with a smile.

Damon ate quickly giving Zoe some of his food, the only reason his pets were fed was because of Luke he snuck them in food often. But like Damon at times they went days without food. The cat rubbed on his legs and meowed up at him. He gave her pieces every now and again. After they were done. Damon smiled at Kaylee and walked over to her. " Thank you." He said again. " And tell you mother thank you as well." Damon leaned over and kissed her cheek. " I'm going to bed." Damon turned and went back up to his room.

Damon showered and got himself ready for bed before laying down although he could sleep well. He just looked up at his ceiling. And then there was a light knock on the door. And he heard Kaylee say his name.

Kaylee: looking at him when he came in Kay smiled "She is, I told you. Shes an angel. She wouldnt do anything to hurt you in any way. She will take care of you aand everything. Shes like me, but more more nicer" Once she finished she put her dish in the sink and washed some of them to get them out of the way and not deal with them.

"you're welcome, Damon." she smiled "I will dont worry" Kay blushed when he kissed her cheek "alright Damon. Sleep well." once he left, she went to her room and changed into her pjs. A tank top spigetti (or watever) strap and pj shorts. She then went to his room and knocked on the door softly "Damon?" Kaylee said softly.

Poking her head in, she smiled at him "I see you're ready." she opened the door alittle more "Is there anything else you need before you fully fall asleep?" walking in she went in the nightstand and pulled out the Tv remote for him and placed it on top.

Damon looked over with a smile when she opened to door. " No I'm fine." damon watched as she pulled a remote out of the night stand. " Thanx." Damon moved over in the bed and patted the spot next to him, for her to either sit or lay. Just as she did, his phone went off. Damon looked at the text and read it outloud. It was from his father.

" Damon Dean Due I don't know where you are, or what the Hell your doing! But you better get you ass home, NOW. I'm gonna beat your ass boy. Don't make me track your phone! I hope you know that just because you took your stuff and your dogs, doesn't mean your going to stay where ever the fuck you are. I'm going to call your school and make them, make you come home, or better yet ask where you are. You dead when you get on Mr." Damon sighed and put his phone down.

He looked at her with scared eyes. " Kaylee what am I ganna do when he makes me come home." Damon dropped his eyes to the bed. " Hes going to kill me." damon looked at her and shook his head. " I want your mom to call the cops tomorrow."

Kaylee: "you're welcome" when he patted the spot next to him, she sat down and seen the phone go off. "Whos it from?" sitting down next to him to read the text her eyes widen Nope! he hurts Damon i'm going to kill him! Looking at Damon she hugged him tightly feeling so bad for him. "Just...Give me your phone.. I'll check it for any tracker in it."

Kaylee spoke once more "he is not going to kill you. Not on my watch." she pressed her lips to his cheek and spoke again "Alrigt, ill make sure she does. This man needs to be arrested and everything" He wont die, if he did, I wouldnt know what to do anymore "plus keeping the message would get him in bigger trouble"

Damon looked at her fear still in his eyes. He nodded and handed her the phone. " I just hope they don't take to other kid away." Damon sighed. " We were all rased together, and being split up, would be a really bad idea." Damon got up from the bed and grabbed his camra. " We should get pictures of all the bruises and cut I have." Damon handed her the camra and she snapped pictures of all of the cut, bumps, and bruise.

Damon walked over to her anf gave her a hug. " I'm sure your sick of hearing this, but that you." Damon smiled as he spoke in her ear. " Good night." He said turning and walking to his bed. Although he knew he would be able to sleep.

Kaylee: "They wont, they will only take out the abuser itself. So there is no worrying about your family" she watched him get up and pull a camra out, nodding she said "alright" and took pictures of his bruises, cuts and bumps. Once they were done, Kay put the camra down and then hugged Damon back tightly

with a small laugh, she spoke "Its ok, your welcome." watching him lay in his bed she spoke "i'll stay here with you, as I take the phone appart. I'll be quiet" sitting on the floor, she pulled out some tools from under the bed and started to work on the phone.

Damon looked at her as she sat on the floor and frowned. " Don't sit on the floor." He said patting the bed. " I most likely won't be able to sleep any way." damon smiled when she came over and sat next to him. She went to work at taking his phone apart and he watched. Not quite sure how she knew how to do this. He just hoped she didn't jack his phone up.

After a short time she pulled something from the phone. He guessed was the tracker. She went to work at putting his phone back togther. ' You better not break that." He said giving her a small grin. Damon looked at his watch and noticed that it was only ten. " Wow." He said. " i thought it was like way latter."

Kaylee: She got up and sat next to him and started to take the phone appart and pulled out the tracker, grinning she put it on the nightstand and started to put the phone back together she giggled slightly "Dont worry, I wont mess it up. I know how to take things apart and put them back together, so no worries what so ever."

After a while, she finished and turned on the phone, it worked and then she went through contacts and messages, all there. Handing it to him she took a hammer from the tool box and smashed it on the nightstand. She managed not to damage the nightstand and seen the tracker in pieces, cleaning it up she tossed it away.

"Goodbye you stupid tracker." she looked at him "Yeah, wouldnt be too late. I'll also skip school tommrow. Just for your sake. Alright?" she walked over and sat next to him, moving hair from his face.

Damon smiled when she handed him back his phone. He opened his mouth to say thank you, but then didn't. He felt supid about say it over and over and over again. It was most likely driving her nuts. Damon nodded. " only if you want to and it's okay with your mom." He gave her a smile and tunred over on his side to face her.

And no, not Sex" she giggled and kissed his head "just like, a brother sister thing"

Looking at the time, it seemed to be going fast, she looked at him again "If you dont want me to, its fine." I just wanted him to have someone to be with for now untill his dumbass father is gone...

Damon's eyes went when wide when she said what she did and he busted out laughed. He shook his head. " I would never even try." He said shaking his head again and blushing. " But yeah that's fine." Maybe it would help him sleep better. Who knew. Damon turned off the light and laid down next to her again. " Good night."

Damon woke up the next morning to a light knock on the door. He looked down to see that Kaylee's head was on his chest. He chuckled slightly and looked at the door as it opened. Her mother walked in and Damon looked a little scared. She's not going to get mad is she?

Kay's mom:: She woke up early, taking a shower and then getting ready for work, once she had finished, she knocked on Damons door and soon opened it seeing Kaylee sleeping with Damon, but Damon was awake and no clothes were torn off and scattered onto the floor, so she knows what happened.

A smile spread across her face "Aw, you guys look so cute together." she laughed quietly "Im going to make breakfest and then head out to work after an hour. Is there anything that you would like?"

Damon yawned and looked down at Kaylee who had just started to wake up. kaylee's mom left the room and Damon patted her back so she moved then got up from the bed. " Sleep good?" he asked turning to her. King got up and trotted over to the water blow Damon had put in the room then looked up at Damon.

Kaylee: As her mother and Damon spoke, she started to wake up, listening to his muffled and vibrated voice through his chest. Once her mother had left, Kay ywaned and sat up and stood, streching out alittle bit. SHe nodded "Yeah, I slept awesome. What about you? No nightmares, worries?" I doubt he did with my company. I was tended to be the dream catcher.

Laughing alittle, Kaylee sat back down next to him. Ruffling his hair a bit "So, we're also calling thoes cops today, right?" Kay just wanted to dubble check just in case she was just dreaming of what he had said about them.

Kat added 'if you want to' because maybe he liked it here better. She wouldnt know since she hadnt heard his opinion on the house and such yet. "Unless you like staying here because it gets interesting after a while here. My friends think its funny when me and my mom talk about random things" Kat laughed slightly "you havent heard anything yet."

Damon walked to the back door and let his dogs out. The three ran out and started to play. Damon walked into the kitchen and sat down at the table. " Thank you." He said to her mother. " Um I don't think I caught your name." Damon said looking over at the woman.

Damon was already ahead of her and Kay got up, following him and sitting at the table "Thanks for breakfest mom." She smiled warmly at her mother as she began to eat, with manners of course. Not that she would scarf down food.

Kats mother: watching Damon let out his dogs, she smiled and grabbed orange juice and some water. putting it on the table. "You are very welcome." Sitting down, she spoke "I'm Rosemire. But everyone calls me Rose for short. Since some people tend to have a problem saying my name which doesnt bug me."

im getting a headache from SO MUCH DRAMA on the other rp site. >.<

Kay: Once she finished, she got up and washed her plate and cup "mom, can you call the cops?" when her mother asked why, Kay explained and then her mother nodded, calling the police and explaining it to them. Kay dried the dishes and put them away, looking at Damon "Sorry that I told my mother to do it now. But it needed to be done. Dont mention about running away because then they'll take you and bring you back to your house where your mother might hit you. And you dont need the pain right now."

He was too much wounded. No way was she letting him get hurt anymore. He'll be free of abuse and have a wonderful life to live. And have a wife and kids in the future. Which would be perfect for him.

Kaylee and damon were sitting in the front room watching Tv when there was a loud knock on the door. The dogs started barking with their hair standing up on their backs. Damon's eyes went wide and he looked down at Kaylee. " Kaylee I think it's the cops..." He said looking at her fear in his eyes. " I don't want to talk to them." He said looking at the barking dogs. There was another loud knock.

" Police!" A mans voice boomed into the house. Damon sighed and got up.

" get back." He said to the dogs and opened the door. Damon looked down at the floor as he opened it. " May I help you?"
