She gave up trying to get the answer out of him, because he obviously wasn’t going to tell her. Wow, he was stubborn. Hey look, she learned something on her first date. A carnival came into view. With many colors, animals, and a bunch of screaming children. He smiled softly and ruffled her hair. “You’re going to regret that. I’m going to come up with the most god awful names I can think of.” He smirked and looked down at the sand. “You can still back out while you still have your pride.” He rose an eyebrow at her, wondering what choice she would make.

She noticably flinched when he said "God awful", bleh why'd he have to say the 'G' word? She still wanted to see what kind of names he would have in mind for her. (o.o) So, she shook her head, leaning back on her elbows, "Go for it."

He noticed her flinch and before he started his tyrade of names he asked, “You alright?” He asked, actually looking concerned for like the second time in his life. But the feeling quickly faded. “You’re poison. Mildred? Annie?”

She didn't respond to him asking if she was alright, just kind of laughed when he said "Mildred?". Shiro was not that common of a name so it was slim to none if he got it right. "Nope, nope, nope." She ran her fingers through her hair to get it out of her face, and made an irritated eye roll when it fell back where it was. "Got any more?"

"I told you they were horrible."He smirked and then went back to guessing the mystery girls name. “Ester? Mirabelle? Isabella? Mary?” He layed down on the sand and crossed his arms behind his neck. He was guessing this was going to take longer than he thought.

"Nuh-uh, I'll tell you it starts with an 'S'." She gave, now there weren't many 'S' names she knew of, but maybe he did. She turned her attention to the crashing waves that splattered droplets of water into the air, only to fall back where they came from. Hm.

He smirked, “You should have listened to my warnings. Hmm…S?” He sat up and put a hand to his jaw in thought. “Sheryl? Shannon? Selena? Siena? Sabrina?” He looked over at her, “Why can’t you tell me again?” Alexander had a very short attention span for things, no wonder he forgot so easily. Can’t blame him can you. I mean, he’s a good guy, well, sometimes at least.

She shrugged, standing up and wiping the sand off her butt. Shiro looked around for a few moments before turning around, and half smiling. "It's Shiro." She wasn't going to tell him her whole name, but that really was the name she went by..Who cares? She could've lied her butt off and he wouldn't have known.

Now that was pretty….weird.

He smiled and shook her hand. Maybe, she would look prettier if she didn’t have her bangs in her eyes. Out of impulse, he reached over and brushed her bangs aside. His eyes widened. “You looked much prettier with your bangs over here.” He said quietly, dropping his hand to his side, biting his lip. That was, very out of the ordinary.

She just smiled, murmuring a "thanks." She was astonished someone actually called her pretty. Not that she thought of herself as ugly, just that was the first time someone had told her. Maybe dudes, possibly chicks (xDD) she had stolen souls from had thought it, but she had never heard it. There's kind of a difference. She dropped her mind blabbering, nodding her head to the rocks nearby. "Wanna swim?"

Alexander smiled, happy that he didn’t weird her out or bother her. He even thought he saw some blush on her cheeks; but when he did a double take, he realized that it was just a trick of the sun. he exhaled a bit of breath at that. Like usual ,when he was nervous(very rare x3) he bit his lip in uncertainty. Swim? Hmm sounded fun. Plus, he was also in shorts. All he had to do was take his shirt off. “Sure.” He said with a slight smile.
