Amelia laughed and playfully rolled her eyes when Tyler passed her. She continued walking home, passing a few shops as she did. Once she arrived home, she walked into her room and then to her closet. She tucked back a strand of loose hair before digging around in her closet for something to wear. After a little bit, she finally settled on this:



She was going to choose skinny jeans, but all of the skinny jeans she had were boring or had something on them. Since she didn't want to wear a dress, a skirt was her next choice. Once she put it on, she went to the bathroom to finish getting ready. She applied makeup, then put her hair up in a fashionable ponytail before slipping her shoes. After she looked in the mirror to approve of herself, she nodded simply before turning and walking to the living room to wait for Tyler.

Rileigh smiled. "Thank you, Dane. I really hope so." She wasn't even aware of the time, it seemed all of it had flown by. She wasn't really thinking straight when she was with Dane, yet she's only known him for a few hours. He was sweet, like most of the boys she's encountered with. But there was something about him that told her he was a good guy. Someone she could trust.

Dane: He nodded and leaned back into the bench. The sun was starting to set and there wasn't really anybody out on the streets. It must be getting late, because the street lights had come on. Looking back to her face, he smiled. "It's getting kinda late, you want me to walk you back to where you live? I'd rather walk you than worry if you got home safe, but I can respect your choice." If she said she could handle it, he'd just make sure and text her in an hour or so to make sure she got home safe. Maybe it was just because he knew all about the creeps that roamed around preying on young women. They made him sick to his stomach.

Once I got to my place I got to my room and changed into a black and red plade shirt with a black shirt under it and some dark skinny jeans with some basketball shoes. Once I finished I redid my hair alittle and headed down to my bike. I then got on and started the engine and head over to her house. I wasn't surprises some girls looked at me. A lot of them do. Even if their with another guy and all. When I got to her place and stopped and reved the engine.

Rileigh nodded, standing up. "Sure, that'd be great." She exclaimed. She was actually glad he offered to walk her home, she didn't want to walk home by herself anyway. There were more than enough creepy people roaming the streets during this time of day.

When Amelia heard the sound of Tyler's bike, she knew he had arrived. She grabbed her phone and clutch before walking to the door and then outside. She made sure to lock the door before walking down the stairs towards Tyler.

I leaned forward on the Handel bars of the bike as I waited for her to get on. The helmet was in the back so all she had to do was slip it on since I knew she would give a big hissy fit on how she isn't riding unless she a helmet and all that.

Dane: He stood and grasped her hand in his own, pulling her up gently. "I don't suppose you would know of any available houses? I'm trying to move out of my dorm." He asked rather curious, but he didn't want a house that he couldn't afford. Most of the houses around here were houses he couldn't afford. He could afford a small two bedroom or something like that, but nothing too big. As for where, he just hoped for something far away from his roommate.

Amelia stopped in front of his bike before putting the helmet on her head and climbing on. Her arms went around his torso, like usual, and she leaned her head agenst his back. Even through the helmet, she could smell his cologn which smelled amazing.

An even bigger smile appeared on Rileigh's face when she felt his hand in her own. "I think there are a few houses for sale a few houses down from mine," She said, walking with him towards her house, "They're pretty nice homes, reasonable price range. Or so I've been told." She added.

Dane: "Sounds perfect, I'll have to check them out." As they started walking, he hadn't slipped his hand away from her yet. He didn't feel the need to. It felt right to hold her hand, especially after talking with eachother and sharing a bit. "Then I'll live close to you, are you alright with that? I wouldn't bother you all that much, unless you want me to?" How'd he become flirty? He couldn't quite tell, but he did offer her a flirty smile to go along with it. The young woman was very attractive in his opinion. Highly attractive. He couldn't quite take his eyes off her, unaware that she may notice.

"I'm totally fine with that," Rileigh responded, loving the feeling of her hand in his. "Really fine with that." She added on very quietly, hoping he didn't hear it. She glanced up at him and met his eyes before quickly glancing back to the front of her. She tried to comprehend his facial expression. Flirty was the only word she could come up with that fit all the features. His smile was different, but it was cute and she loved it.

Dane: Finally able to take his gaze off of her, he looked forward and blushed slightly. Why was he acting so different? A sudden gain of confidence possibly? "So, do you work around here? I mean, I work at the autoshop. Good with my hands I guess." He shrugged, but mentally facepalmed. Now he was back to rambling. Starting a random conversation about jobs. Like she was interested in that. He should've said something a bit less serious. Maybe even flirty like before?

She nodded, shoving her hands in her pockets. "I have a part time job at O'Charley's, and school but I don't think school would be counted as a job." She slightly chuckled at her own joke. Her eyes were looking down at her feet as her shoes hit the pavement, making a small 'tap' as they did.

Dane: "O'Charleys huh? That's a nice place, steady job and I bet you get pretty good tips." That could be mistaken for something else, so he continued on talking to try and explain. "I mean, you have a great smile and your obviously a really well mannered, nice girl." Now it sounded like he was talking about a dog. Great.... "What I mean to say is that I know you'd be great at waitressing. You just seem like you know how to... Make people happy." Goodness, he couldnt say anything right.

A slight blush crept onto Rileigh's face as Dane spoke. "Thank you," She exclaimed after he finished talking. "You are, too." She said, but quickly added on "What I mean is, you're a well mannered, nice boy. With a great smile." She said, just like he said to her. Up ahead, she could see her house coming into view. Silently, she sighed, sad this moment will soon be over. She was starting to like Dane, maybe she even has a crush on him.

Cayden laughed with his friends as they were playfully pushing eachother around, joking and laughing at one another. They were currently at the gym, having a little fun while their on break. You see, they are all football players for the school that they go too. Right now was practice, obviously and they had nothing better to do but just joke around.

The sound of Rascal Flatts blared through her ears. As she did crunches at the gym. She usually makes an every other day trip to the gym. And sadly, she made it the day that the football players were there. She always thought that they were too over their own heads. Too... Whats the word... High strung. She tried to focus on what she was doing, instead of the boys who were playing around. Once she finished her round, she got up, took the towel from her pack, and whipped her face. She grabbed her water bottle, and drank some of it. Being careful not to chug it down and get a cramp, and to save some for later. She took one last look at the boys, before taking one of her headphones out, and beginning to walk past them to the exit.

Cayden laughed as his friend, Daron, tried to impersonate their coach, Gregory Henley. As he continued to watch Daron, something caught his eye. As an instinct, he immidiently looked to see what it was. It was a girl. You're probably thinking, 'of course it was!' But she wasn't just any girl, she was the most beautiful girl Cayden had ever seen. As she walked past them, his eyes followed her. I have to catch her He thought to himself as he saw her walking towards the exit. "I'll be right back, guys. I'm going to..." He trailed off, pulling himself up and he followed in the cute girl's footsteps. He followed her out the exit, and he wondered if she knew he was following her. Why couldn't he talk to her? He hasn't had any trouble talking to girls before. "Ahem," He grunted, trying to catch her attention.

As the song changed, she still had only one headphone in. She had to think of what she was going to do next. After passing the boys, there was one particular male that had caught her eye. The one that laughed.. you're probably thinking 'they were all laughing...' but this one was different, the laugh was so distinct, and she could point him out if they were at a party together with a ton of people and everyone was laughing. She laughed at herself. That guy would never go for a girl like you. She thought. As she passed the exit, she took a left out of thee gym, and began to walk down the sidewalk. She was only in a sports bra and her shorts, but that's because she was in a rush this morning, and forgot to be a pair of extras to change out of when she was done working out. She got a lot of looks as she was walking. There was a strange noise that came from behind her. She turned her head a little, and quickly stopped, looking a head again. It's that guy... She thought. What is he doing out here? She continued to ask herself questions before she realized that he was the one that made the noise. He was the one that wanted to get her attention... She turned around, tucking her hair behind her left ear. Since her left arm was the only one she had free. The bag began to slip off of her shoulder, so she pushed it gently back up. Not sure at all what to say. "You're on the football team.. Right?" She said, and then wanted to kick herself for it. "Uh, I mean..." Crap... "...Hi..." She managed to choke out. Oh yeah, Shyann, that was just perfect. The best thing you could say to the guy on the football team that everyone knew, or at least saw when walking in the halls. No one knew who she was... Just a geek redhead, without a reputation.. Who now has a football player following her out of the gym... Score!

Cayden's mouth formed into a smile when she turned around, his dimples showing dramatically. She was even more beautiful up close. With her beatiful, icy blue eyes and auburn hair, he didn't think she could possibly get any more beautiful. His smile only increased when she spoke to him. He could tell she was nervous, but why? Yes, he was on the football team, and so what? Maybe he was a little popular. "Yeah," He chuckled nervously, "I am. And uh, hey." He grinned, his straight and pearly whites coming into view. He was much taller than her, so he had no choice but to look down at her to see her looks. Her cheekbones were in the perfect place, her lips the perfect shade of pink, and-- Wait. He thought, I don't even know her name! I can't say these things about a stranger! She could be a murderer for all I know... "Umm... What's your name?" He asked, running a hand through his damp-with-sweat hair. Coach should be back any moment now if he's not back already, but he didn't care. He wanted to see who this beautiful girl was.

Oh wow... she thought, his brown hair, his blue eye... She stood there, lost in his eyes for moments, that seemed like minutes. Her mind went blank as she tried to regain her train of thought, to at least say something to make her not look like an idiot. She was almost positive that she looked like a nervous idiot, by the way she looked up at him, her eyes lost in his. When she finally did regain her train of thought. It was the sound of his voice that brought her out of her trance. His voice was perfect, the words just roll off of his tongue, without a studder. His cheek bones are the fullest, his lips the perfect shape, and shade. His voice the perfect tone, deep and... sexy. She quickly looked down at her feet, tucking her hair behind her ear, and trying to hide how nervous she felt. "Creao.." She said, and the realized that she said her last name first. "Shyann Creao." She corrected herself, making it seem like it was on purpose instead of her nervous mistake. She wasn't sure how she handled that, and after moments of hesitation, she stuck her hand out. "And yours?" She asked, her voice growing small. Re-tucking the hairs that have fallen over her face. She looked up at him, her sweaty hair and face shinning against the light. She took a glance over his arm, since she couldn't see over his shoulder, at the gym doors, and then back at his face. She still doesn't know what she's doing. She wanted to stay with him, and then at the same time she didn't want him to have his reputation ruined by talking to her, so at the same time she wanted to run away. Go home to her husky, Shasta, and sit on her bed with him, reading a book out loud, or dancing to music with horrid dance moves that only a nerd could possess. But she wasn't just a nerd, she was a loner, and out cast, that no one talked to. That no one understood. That had daddy issues, and friend problems. What would a football player with the high school reputation, on a scale of 1 to 10, with a 10 want to do with a girl like her?

Cayden smiled at the sound of her voice. It was dazzling... Almost angel like. Shyann Creao... He thought to himself, What a sweet name. Great, now he was sounding like a girl. "Holmes," He playfully mocked her, "Cayden Holmes." He grinned at her and shook her hand, his charm coming out into the open. At first he was shy, but now, he felt like he could do anything around her. no, he wasn't in love. And he knew that. Besides, it wouldn't be possible to love someone that quick, could it? At least, not for Cayden. Cayden was agenst falling in love, he didn't believe in it. All his life he's been a player, he was the kind of person to hit and run. "Did you just move here, Shyann? I haven't seen you around." He told her.

She couldn't believe at how handsome he was. A smile spread across her face as he shook her hand. She chuckled lightly at how he mocked her about the last name first. She calmly and gently withdrew her hand. Her finger tip lightly sliding out of his palm, grazing the inside of his hand. A slight blush rose upon her cheeks. She withdrew her hand, and laid it at her side. "Yeah.. I moved her like 3 days ago." She said with a smile. "I started school two days ago." Obviously this boy had lived here for a while. Since he asked her if she was new. She was still very amazed that this football player was talking to her.
