Emily: I frown a little. "I don't like being yelled at ..." I get up and just run upstairs. Once I'm upstairs I go into the bathroom and sit there on the floor crying.

Miranda ran to her dad. "I'll call 911" she called an an ambulance arrived.

Saron groaned,"Crap." He ran up the stairs. "Emily! I'm sorry!" He sat on the floor outside the door.

The paramedics put him on the stretcher and loaded him into the ambulance. They already had another person in there too. Miranda climbed in behind her dad. She sat out of their way. She looked at the other person on the other stretcher and froze. It was her mom. She looked dead.

Saron walked in and sat next to her. "I'm sorry that I yelled at you. I didn't mean to. I just don't like hearing you talking about yourself that way."
