Emma narrowed her eyes and stayed silent for a moment, mulling over his reply with a soft mutter of words under her breath. Sighing, she finished off her cigarette and tossed it on the ground, blowing the smoke out of the side of her mouth and twisting her foot on the still glowing bud. Not raising her gaze, she answered his question flatly. "Yep."

Scott: He smiled and went down to the water. He took no time to jump in. He loved the water. The water her was warm, not at all cold. It was nice. He swam down deep then swam back up and looked at her.

Emma felt a secretive smirk slide onto her mouth as she dropped her head down, shrugging her shoulders lamely and chuckling as she raising her eyes. "It's not as bad as you think…" she said slyly, twisting on the tips of her toes and turning around as she skipped over to a nearby bench, throwing herself down and laughing darkly after she grunted in pain. "Ow, that was stupid," she chided, running her hands through her mess of hair and sighing.

Emma raised an eyebrow as her smirk widened, a soft laugh escaping her lips as she sat up and sighed, shaking her head with a chuckle. "Ah, well, that my friend is a long list. But, I can always sum it up for you," she said, raising her eyes to his and winking as she leaned back. "My parents only sent me here because of the drinking, smoking and partying. However, " she said slowly, a grin creeping onto her mouth, "the authorities sent me here because of that, and the sex, vandalism, breaking-and-entering, grand theft auto, assault, and of course, my personal favorite, attempted murder on a police officer." Laughing, she took in a sharp breath and watched Devon, her grin growing bigger as she giggled. "I hope you weren't expecting some innocent little girl who was unloved by her parents…"

Scott: he swam up behind her and lightly put his arms around her waits resting his hands on her lower stomach. " Ello." He said and rested his chin on her sholder.

Devon: He chuckled with a grin. " Nope, for some reson I could tell you were. Not a good little girl." He chuckled again. " you list is better then some others I've heard." He glanced at her. " Including mine."

Emma chuckled and switched her position so her legs were lying behind the back of the bench, leaning her head on her hand as she smirked. "I'm flattered, really," she drawled, batting her eyelashes and chuckling softly and tapping the back of his head with her foot, biting her lip to hold back a burst of laughter. "So, since I've told you my dirty little list, spill," she ordered, flashing a grin and wink.

Devon: He cuckled. " Partying, drinking, smoking, drugs, sex, murder, vandalism, breaking-and-entering, grand theft auto, assault, gun charges, attempted murder, attempted suicide, and everything else under the sun." He chuckled and looked at her.

Scott: He smiled and kissed her good cheek. " I really like you Ivy."

Emma snickered as she crossed her legs over the back of the bench, narrowing her eyes playfully as a smirk pulled at the side of her mouth, twisting the edges upwards. "Oooh, a bad boy," she drawled with a chuckle, "Just my style." Sighing, she shut her eyes momentarily before she poked the back of his head once more, cocking her head to the side. "What's your name again?"

Emma bit her lip and nodded, repeating his name in her mind a few times to make sure it stuck. Sighing, she shut her eyes and mumbled a 'hm?' when he spoke, reopening her eyes and looking at her position. Shrugging, she smiled and shook her head. "Nah, not really. But it makes it easier to poke you," she snickered, poking the back of his head again and chuckling. "You wouldn't believe how easily amused I am, sweetness," she added, flashing a wink and bobbing her feet slightly to an unheard beat playing in her head.

Emma sighed heavily and pursed her lips as if she was in thought, tapping her chin and blinking slowly. "I don't know, honestly. I was thinking I could live off my oh-so-awesmazing violin skills, know what I mean?" Smirking, she ran a hand through her auburn hair and then rested her head on it, laying the other one on her stomach and tracing the patterns on her shirt. "You got any family here, Dev?" she asked, changing the subject.

Emma nodded her head and lapsed into a silence, both of her hands laying across her stomach as she shut her eyes, her head turned up towards the gray sky. Sighing, she abruptly swung her legs over the back of the bench, kicking Devon in the head on accident. "Oops," she said, struggling to keep her giggle at bay. Sitting up, she brushed off her pants and stood up, placing her hands on hips and craning her neck to look around. Twirling around, she crossed her arms over her chest and smirked slyly. "You wanna' go somewhere a little more fun?" she asked, her eyes flashing mysteriously.
