Welcome to Troubled Waters Mental Hospital. Here we house many 'special' people. Mostly teens. They aren't criminally insane, obsessed beyond safety, or anything like that. They have extreme fears. Their phobias have ruined their life. They barely trust people anymore. They need help. Are you one of them? Or are you looking to apply for a job?

Rules:

1. Limited Cussing/Swearing please.
2. Please be careful on details with it. Only go as far as taking clothes off then fades to black if necessary.
3. No god-modeling.
4. No playing other member's charries.
5. No killing other charries unless the member agrees.
6. No dating your own charries. It makes it boring.
7. If you are a mental patient, you must have a phobia from the list.
8. Only one person per phobia. I will cross off what's taken.
9. Put: "Help!" on your form if you read the rules.
10. No fighting in OOC.
11. Respect other members.
12. Have Drama!

Ash was pacing in his cell. He occasionally looked out the bars,"lemme out!" he cried. He didn't like being in this place. He smelled something horrible. Two nurses were carrying a stretcher with a dead patient on it. It had been someone who had starved because they were afraid of food. He had a fear of death and dead things. He stumbled backwards and sat cowering in a corner. yesh he's a brave man xD

Noelle glared at the man who dragged her into a cell next to a boy cowering in a corner. "Don't touch me!" She screamed in her high pitched voice and punched him. The man shoved her into a cell and went away to tend to his bloody nose. "Yeah! Run you coward!"

Ash looked up at the girl. "You're in my cell." He stood up. He was at least one head taller than her. He was pretty strong too. He walked towards her.

Noelle glared up at him. "Yeah, so? Gonna gimmie some smart comment about me being a girl? Or are you gonna pick the easy choice and go back to your corner?"

Ash glared at the little brat. Who did she think she was? She had no right to invade his personal space and confront him like this. He heard it start raining. There went the flash of lightning, followed by the crash of thunder. He didn't even flinch.

Noelle screamed at the top of her lungs then stopped and bit her lip. She raised her eyebrows and stared him down, daring him to say something.
