Calia looked down. "Im sorry. I didnt mean to." she looked back up. Her face was dark from the shadows and blood. "i wont let my gaurd down with anything like that again." she smiled looked off to the distance. "Rule number 8, learn to hide your true intentions and feelings." She bit her lip and spotted a bloodstained spot on the stone path. She stepped over it in honor. As she did so, Calia closed her eyes for those few seconds.

Liam spoke "its fine, just next time be careful. You'll be killed ill probly be locked up" starving his butt off thats what he would be doing in there and then dying in there as well. He followed her and looked at the sky, still a few more hours before dark. Not bad. "What are we going to do now..?" he looked back at her.

Calia looked to him. "Curfew, for me. But that's nothing to worry about." she looked back tothe path as an evil smile spread on her face. "im in the mood for a late night killing spree later." she chuckled and kicked a branch off the walkway. "You know what i miss the most from my home? From the outer world?" she spoke sodtly and with deep emotion.

Liam thought for a moment "Cerfew huh. Nah, not unless im here." he shrugged and walked next to her "A killing spree? Calia, you are not allowed to kill without permission. Its called cheating. The only time you get to kill the most is in the matches. Outside the matches you have to get permission from a Master." he looked around and walked off the path once more for the 3rd time again today "What do you miss?"

Calia followed him off the path. "Music." that's all she said. She sat on a rock and brought her legs to her chesr. Calia watched Liamwith a solemn face. The settinf sun reclected making ther look golden. She took in a deep breath and sighed.

Liam sat next to her "You have music here, just not the kind that is from this time. We have a music class. Also a few years back a girl used a bamboo flute as a weapon and she could acually control or get into peoples heads and make them break down and cry or something. She was good. But then, something happened. Dunno. She was killed somehow.."

Mai sat quietly on her freshly made bed, she wasn't really a fan of the white comforter and the white sheets but there was nothing she could do about it. She leaned against her wall and back board while worrying in her formally white notebook. She had drawn all over the covers with sharpies. This was Mai's writing notebook because she was not allowed to type on a laptop like she did at home, but she liked writing with a pen again. She hadnt for a long time.

"Manipulation using sounds. I remember her." She paused and moved her haor to the other side of her face. "Rule 9, dont let people get inside your head." She watched the flickering yellows and oranges and pinks of the setting sun. "I go by my rules. That's how im this far." she glanced toward Liam and gave a half smile.

Liam nodded "I can see that, Calia" he chuckled and looked at the colors "That isnt the sun, just so you know. Thats acually the.. northern lights I believe. We dont have a sun here, just a gray sky that makes it look like its day just slightly." he didnt mean to get into her head but he just kinda slipped inside.

Calia could feel that there was something different when Liam entered her mind. Once she realized what it was, she stopped fighting it. Calia fought to keep him away from certain thoughts, but left the rest for him. She sighed. "It's still pretty." Calia smiled and crossed her legs. "What do you think about Mai?" she glanced towards the path.

"Well, she looks like a nice and innocent girl. But she would have to lose her kindness and everything else she has. She wouldnt be able to really get anywhere. But since you are going to train her, she shouldnt have a problem."

Calia chuckled. "It's like raising cattle for beef or pig for pork. More like calf for veal." She rubbed her eyes. "That's too harsh," she said to herself. "I wont get too attatched. I cant. Never. Rule 10, never get attached to those who you may fight." She shook her head and leaned it on Liam's shoulder

"The only one you can get attached to is me." he chuckled and looked at her, Kissing her head ligtly "Surely, ill help you through every match..you know that and I keep beating it into your head, huh?"

Calia chuckleed. "I know you'll be there." she looked up to his eyes and smiled. "You'll always be there..." she bit her lip and leaned in and kissed Liam. Her world dispersed around. The only time she let her gaurd down and disobeted rule one, always watch your back.

Liam wrapped his arms around her, his hand pressing on her back, kissing her back. He kept it sweet and passionate. Wasnt rushing either. Just a normal slow kiss. If anyone were to approach he would know.

Calia smiled ans wrapped her arms around his neck. Her mind ceased to ponder about the fights and practice, and honed in on what she was doing now. (i ate a poptarts for dinner by the way hehe) Calia was breaking yet another rule. Rule number Nine, dont get attatched. She disnt care, she would kill him, and he wouldnt kill her.

Liam smiled under the kiss and and his hand slid down to the fold of her legs. Sliding her onto his lap, holding her close. His arm holding her on his lap and his other hand sliding behind her neck, gently pressing on it. His eyes closed, loving the feel of her lips on his.
