Lend's eyes flew open as she mentioned there being another girl. "Oh sh**! Casey! Crap!" He buried his face in her shoulder and moaned. "What am I gonna do? I can't leave her too!" He quickly turned really red and looked away. "Oh crap." He looked out through the railing of the balcony at the scenery of the town. He bit his lip. How would he break the news to her?

Lend bit his lip. "I can't leave her either. I'd feel terrible. I left you alone with a baby....and...well....she was my girlfriend 2 years ago. We kinda....had a baby....and now he's 2 years old." He bit his lip. "I left her alone with him for two years. How am I supposed to leave my kid again?"

Rose's eyes widen "And you didnt...you didnt even bother to tell me..." she lowered her eyes "If i knew.." she buried her face into his chest and sniffled as she started to cry "Why didnt you tell me.." she sobbed

Lend's eyes widened as she began to cry. "This is why I didn't tell you! I didn't want you to get upset." He sighed. "It was before I met you. Way before I met you. You can't blame me, okay?" He sighed. "Now you probably think I go around getting every girlfriend I have pregnant." He sighed and rubbed her back. "I'm sorry, Rose."

Lend hugged her tight, but not too tight. He didn't want to hurt her or the baby. "You shouldn't have done this for me...I thought you were doing this for you! I truthfully am too young to be a father. I suck at it. I should have told you. I am so sorry. I know that I can't take it back though..." He took a deep breath. "Will you keep it?" He asked quietly.

Rose nodded "yeah, I need and want to keep it.. Needing it is because I have to train the baby to fight when its old enough. Then I have to send it off the the academy to learn more about staking and fighting and what you must do." she held him, she didnt want to let him go "I want this child to grow up with a father..not without one like a Moroi would.. Moroi always leave the woman to take care of the children and thats it.."

Lend sighed. "Crap. I make things so complicated." He looked out over the town and frowned in concentration. "I can help you raise it...'' He started," but I also have to care for my ex wife's baby." His eyes widened when he realized he said 'ex wife'. "Sh**." He cursed, looking down. "I just keep making this worse. Okay. I'll explain. I originally was from Italy before I moved here. We got married at 16 years old. We had the baby. And then we moved here. We broke up. And then I met you." He smiled as if to say,' aren't I messed up?'

LOL Lend has a lot of problems. If you ever don't like what i post then just tell me

Rose's eyes widen when he said 'ex wife' "I thought she was your girlfriend lend! not some damn ex wife!" she got up and breathed alittle heavy when she did so. She placed her hand on her stomach and took a breath before looking down at lend. "I thought you would try to fix things lend. not make them worse... And this is how you're making them worse. By slipping up and ripping my heart to pieces."

Lend bit his lip. "It was an arranged marriage when I was sixteen! I couldn't help it! And I had only known you for a few days before we split. So how was I supposed to bring it up? Was I supposed to dump all of my personal life on you? All of my problems? I wouldn't do that to someone." He sighed and stood up. "I'll make it up to you. I don't know how. But I'll help raise the kid. And I'll stay away from you so I won't hurt you again." He looked down at the floor. "Is this a bad time to tell you...er. Nevermind." He smiled a little. "It's nothing bad. Really. Can I go just....do something alone in the living room?" He asked, nodding towards the room.

Rose walked away from him "Do what you want. I let out all my personal life on you. I dont know why you cant let yours out to me." she went to her bedroom and slammed the door shut. This stress, sadness, depression was going to really hurt the baby if she didnt stop. She layed down in bed and grabbed the pillow, curling up and crying into it.

Lend sighed. "I'm such a jerk." He walked into the living room and messed with the stereo. He blasted the sound and put on his ipod. He set it to a song and scooted over some of the furniture, making room. He then did a quick stretch and then flew into a well practiced freestyle dance. This was how he let out his emotions. He had a whole dance crew that he had formed a year ago. He had been planning to introduce Rose to them because they were like his family but he wasn't sure if she would want to do it now. He kept dancing, letting out his anger and sadness and every other emotion trapped inside of him.

Lend finished his dance, feeling calm and happy. He turned off the music and pocketed his ipod. He walked to the bedroom and knocked on the door then walked in. "Rose..I'm sorry. Is there anything I can do?" He took a flyer out of his pocket and put the piece of paper next to her head. "Maybe you can come see this...? It's really important to me...you can meet my crew...I mean my family. Well. My crew is my family. We're dancing at the World Jam tomorrow night." He looked down.

Rose lifted her head from the pillow and sniffled, wiping her face from tears. She looked at Lend and felt like crying again but then she looked at the paper that he put becide her "I seen this all over." her voice cracked as she spoke "Everyone is talking about it. What is it, Dancing?" she looked at him, trying to force more tears away.

Lends smiled a little, glad that she was actually talking to him. "Yeah it's dancing. My crew and I do all types of dancing. We can do anything from lyrical to break dancing." He chuckled. "We can get a little crazy at times. But it's my hobby. It makes me happy to dance. It's how I let out all of my emotions. When I'm happy, I dance. When I'm sad, I dance. When I'm pissed, I dance. I dance a lot." He smiled. "It's a big competition when dance crews from all over the world come and compete. We've qualified to be in it. It's huge. We have this house...it's in this old building in the middle of town. It's where we all live and dance. We're called the Pirates. My stage name is Luke. And my friend Natalie just joined recently. You'd like her."

Rose smiled alittle and reached over to her nightstand and took a tissue, blowing her nose. she then scrunched it up. "Well...why dont we go now? Maybe It could cheer me up. I still feel alittle down..." she said softly, looking at the paper and reading it and then looking at him "Do you think your crew would like me?"

Lend grinned. "Of course they'd like you! They're very friendly." He held out his hand to her. "The competition is tonight at eight. We have enough time to get over there, rehearse a little, get ready, and get over to the place." He helped her up and gave her a hug. "It's not too far, want to walk?" He asked, glancing down at her stomach. "Or we can take the bus or a cab?" He offered.

Rose got to her feet as he helped her. She then hugged him back before they parted to see the bump "I could walk, i'm not that big yet." she laughed alittle and took his hand "Oh..since its tonight.." she walked to the closet and grabbed her stake walking over and handing it to him "keep it with you when leaving here and coming back." she showed him the way to stake a striogoi and then she gave him the stake holder which would be hidden under his jackert

Lend smiled. "Why thank you. Now I can protect peoples." He put the stake in the stake holder and put it into his jacket. "There we go!" He patted his jacket. "Now off we go!" He led her downstairs and outside. They walked into the worse part of town where there was graffiti and stuff. They walked down an alley and he opened a door in an old building. They went up a creaky old elevator and they came up into a big room where a bunch of people danced and talked. "This is the Vault." He said, referring to the house. "We all live here and dance here. It's our life." He introduced her to everyone, except Natalie, who was upstairs.

Rose followed with Lend and stood close to him. She followed him into a place and up the elevator with people inside and training. She giggled as twins came up to her and started talking very fast. They even glanced at lend and pointed to her stomach. She smiled alittle before they walked away with her and talked with her.

Lend chuckled when the twins came and swept her away. They tended to do that. He was in his Luke form instead of his
Lend form. He leaned against the wall and looked around at his home. It was so comfortable for him. He saw movement on the stairs and watched Natalie descend. He grinned. "Hey Natalie." Her eyes met his and she smiled and walked over to give him a hug. "Hey Luke," she replied. "I have someone I'd like you to meet," said Lend. He led her to where the twins had taken Rose. "Rose!" He called,"this is Natalie."

Rose were with the twins now before lend distracted her and caused her to look over and seen Natalie. She asked the twins if it was ok if she can leave for a second and she did, she walked over to Natalie and lend "Hey there, Natalie." she smiled warmly, hoping to make a good impression. Which she wanted.

Natalie grinned. "Hey! Rose, right? Luke's told me a lot about you. He's my dance partner. Do you dance?" She asked, tilting her head a bit. Lend chuckled. "Don't go encouraging her Nat, she's pregnant remember?" Natalie giggled. "Oh right. Well you should raise the little thing to dance." She dropped to the floor and started break dancing. After a minute Lend joined her and soon the whole crew was performing the dance. Once it was over, Lend stood up and walked over to Rose. "As you can see we live, breathe, even sleep dance.
