Dakota- is hunting when a bear attacks him from behind. Its too late. The bear had went straight for his lungs. He lay there, not able to do anything, while the bear finished him off. His last thought was of his pup, River. Then he was gone.

River- lays in the den waiting impatiently for her dad to come back

Midnight- nods "Thank you" he smiles, then trots off to the alpa den. At the sight of the alpha, he bows in respect. "Excuse me?"
