Nella looked down at him, biting her lip and fingering the strap on her back pack. "N..." She started, sounding up that two letter word that would break Zack's heart. "No..." She said, taking a gulp and almost running down the hall. Why did she say no? Why would she do that to her kid? Nella sighed and slowed down when she was a couple of hallways a way. She knew the reason why. Zack left her, and when he left her he left his kid to. It was no longer their kid, it was hers. Zack gave him up a long time ago. And if he wanted him back it would take a hell of a lot of power. Nella loved Stephen(I think that's his name..I forgot).

Darwin: I nod and smile. "Yeah. Come on." I walk with her into the kitchen just as my mom pulls out two trays of Anazac Buiscuts. "Hey mom." She smiles and looks up. "Oh. Hey son. And who's this?" She asked looking at Mads. "A friend?" I nod. "Yeah. Anyway. I brought her here so she could taste Anazac buiscuts." I shrug. "She said she didn't knwo what they were and she's never had them before... so I thought you'd be the best person to get them from." She nods. "Ohhhh.. well. You can have one. But jist watch .. they're hot."

Emily: My eyes go wide. "Saron!" I run over to him and kneel down next to him. "Saron?? Saron?? Can you hear me?? Saron please answer me!" I had almost forgotten that Creeper guy was in the room. "Why did you have to do this?! You didn't need to hurt him!!" I was starting to cry.

Saron looked up at her and smiled. "Chill Emily. I'm fine." He stood up. He had ducked so the bullet wouldn't hit him. He looked at the creeper dude. The gun was on the floor. He quickly grabbed it, the creeper smirked. "The gun's empty." he commented. Saron smiled,"wasn't gonna shoot it." He flipped it, grabbing it by the barrel and hit him on the head with it, knocking him out.

I nodded. "You can let him suffer. I know what it feels like. It Hurts like heck to not even know." I laughed slightly, pain tainted into my voice. "But I guess you know best!" I said, pursing my lips and crossing my arms over my chest. "He should just know that I miss him. I wish I would've known him and Im so proud of him, whatever he ends up doing. Probably end up like me." I watched her go, and people began flooding through the hallways, leaving me just to stand there in the middle. I brushed my hair out of my face and watched her go. "RABBIT SQUIRREL TURTLE RACCOON(:" my phone rang. I looked, realizing that it was Storm. Nowadays, she was sad and always called me. You'd think she was the younger one.

"I found roadkill." She said simply. "A raccoon."
"Cool." I said.
"Want to come see?"
"No, I'm not in state."
I heard static on the other end and then a sigh. "Oh."
I walked to outside, leaning against the wall and leaning my forehead on the glass of my car window. "Well, you're a half aunt. Maybe a quarter." I heard nothing on the other end. Then "Cool. Listen Zack, I have to go." There was a guys voice on the other hand and she hung up.

Nella didn’t turn around. She’d been through enough with Zack and she didn’t want anymore. She thought that over five months ago that any connection between them, except for the kid, was over. But apparently it wasn’t. As she walked around, her finger nails dug into the cover of her textbook. Zack really knew exactly it was that made her mad or that made her feel guilty. That was one of his specialties.

A month later…

Zack was supposed to go back a while ago- or so says Zoey. But he was still here and Nella thought he was doing it on purpose. She wasn’t going to let him see his kid because Nella didn’t want him to turn out like Zack. She knew it was cruel and mean but that was the way she wanted it and that was the way she was going to keep it weather Zack liked it or not.

Seeing Zack with Zoey made her really jealous. Zoey knew that Zack was her ex boyfriend, but she still let him have lunch with her and whenever Zoey called her to hang out Zack was there. It was like she was rubbing having her ex fiancée in her face. Nella sighed and walked past the doors to the cafeteria, peering in for a minute or two. Yup, there he was like he was every day.

Nella sighed and leaned against the wall, tired. Darran had seen Nella in the window and walked out. “Hey Nella…are you alright?” Nella nodded, “Yeah I’m fine.” Darran shook his head, “You know I’m not going to believe that…” He knew her so well. Darran was her best guy best friend..and he had told her that he had a crush on her. But she wasn’t interested in a relationship. “Hey Darran..” Nella said, taking his hand and tugging him out the school doors. “Let’s go get lunch.” His eyes widened. “L-Like a date?” Nella nodded, “Like a date.” See where’ I’m going with this? Two could play at this game. So get ready Zack.
