They were at the rodeo Cody, and 7 other boys had rode bulls and it was Hunters turn.

Anouncer: " Next up is Hunter Mickelson!"

The camras zoom in on Hunter who was tying his hand into the rope.

Guy: " Ready?"

Hunter: Pulls it tight fixes his hat and puts his teeth gaurd on. He nodded.

The gate opend and the bull ran out bucking like mad. The time got to 7.9 seconds then 8.0 and the bell rang. Huther stayed on for 3 more seconds. Then went to let go.

Hunter: He had made the hand tie just a little to tight his hand didn't come out when he let go. He got slammed back hard onto the bulls back. Then his hand came loose he fell to the back of the bull taking a hard kick to his head. His whole life seemed to flash within seconds, his brother being shot while standing next to him, his moms crash that he saw from the school yard when he was little. Every thing up to the night before and that morning. He was going to be a dad in nine months. What would Akira do without him..

Jennie: Jumped out of the stand and ran over as fast and she could. " Hunter! Hunter don't close your eyes! Keep them open/" She took his mouth gaurd out.

Hunter: He went to close them

Jennie: " Hunter open keep them open. Say something.

Hunter: The only thing he said was. " Akira." Before he blacked out laying on the red ring floor in a pool of blood.

Blake: He ran over with the medics as fast as he could but it seemed like forever.

Hunter: He lay there still, eyes open. You wouldn't think he was alive with out seeing the slight movement of his chest.

Blake: " Hunter! Hunter! Wake up son!"

I freakin' thought about this all day!!

Akira saw Hunter and everything slowed as if in slow motion. She ran down from the stands and over to him. She fell to her knees beside him. She was sobbing. She pocked up his hand and gently rubbed his cheek with her hand. "Hunter....Hunter..." she kept saying over and over again. And now she was talking to him. "Hunter come on. You can't leave. You have too much to love for...and you bave me! You have the baby! It needs its dad...please!" She kept talking to him, hoping he would come to.

Medics: Get him on a back board.

Cody: He pulled Akira away from Hunter and pulled her close to him. " Akira, I'll take you to the hopital." Hunter was his best friend there for he would help her.

They put him into the truck and drove away.

Blake: He went over to Akira. " Your.. Your.." He was shocked.

Cody: " Come on!" He went out to his truck and helped Akira in.

They got to the hospital. The had took Hunter straght into surgary.

Cody: He sat down in the waiting room.

Jennie: Walked over to Akira and gave her a meaningful hug. " I'm so sorry." She had had a bad felling all that day knowing something would go wrong.

Akira hugged Jennie back then sat down next to Cody. "Do you think he'll be okay?" She put her hand on her stomach and sighed.

Jennie: " He makes it throw ever thing He'll be okay."

ABout an hour passed

Doctor: " Can I talk to his father please."

Blake: Walke dover and talked to them. Tears filled his eyes. He walked over and sat down next to the kids he put his hand on Akiras. " He going to be in a coma for about a week. But they think after that he'll be fine."

I got ten min. Sorry for my spelling I'm typing really fast.

Akira took a shaky breath. "I-i'll be outside.." she stood up and quickly walked outside.

About an hour latter. The doctor walked in. " You guys can come see him now only one at a time."

Cody: Looked at Blake.

Blake: " Akira, you go in and see him sweetie."

Hunter: He was laying there still eyes closed a bandge over his head. It looked all most like he was sleeping.

Akira smiled a little. She gently took his hand in both of hers. "You have to make it through this Hunter...i need you...the baby needs you...I don't know what i'm going to do all week without you..."she paused, "i love you very much."A tear rolled down her cheek. She didn't know what else to say so she gently kissed him then stood up and walked out.

Blake: Went into see him.

Time skip.

Almost a week had passed and there was no sign of Hunter coming out of it any time soon. He was breathing fine. But he didn't move of talk. It had been a hard week for every one not having him around. Blake was at the hospital anytime he could be. Jennie hep Akira held her when she needed to be held.

About an hour lader.

Lady: Walks into the room smiling. Akira and Ash were the only ones there at the time. " He just opend his eyes, but he's still not talking or moving other than that."

Hunter: He waslaying there still. He looked over at her with just his eyes. They seemed think the only things he could move. They were so pail, his eyes were already a very pail blue but now they looked almost white with a titnt of blue.
