Joss: He ran his hand through his hair. "Um.... Well Jace is my twin brother and Jynx is Jessie's twin sister. When our parents died, the king of Alagaesia knew we were dragon riders. And they are rare in my home country. He wanted us to join his army against the elves. He found a way to corupt Jessie. Jace found out and warned me and Jynx. Jace and Jynx got out first, but I tried to escape, she grabbed my hand and bounded me to her. I couldnt get away. Galbitorix, the king, was controlling her. I could feel the hate coming off her in waves." He shook his head at the memory.

Joss: He nodded. "I should go.." He hesitated, then tucked a lock of hair behind her ear, his finger tips lightly touching her cheek. Then he turned, and mounted Silbena.

Silbena: She crouched, then took off into the air.
