He shrugged and looked at all the people who came in for cames. Swiftly, he made his way behind the desk and took orders while Jay greeted people at the door. Soon enough, it was their lunch break. Rick walked over to the door and flipped the sign to “Closed.” Turning to Jay, he nodded, “Uh, I’ll see you in an hour I guess.”

Jay nodded, then pulled out his cellphone. He called Malice's number and waited for her to pick up. He walked to the back of the store where he sat down on the window ledge to eat his own lunch. "Hey," he said when she picked up, "how's it going?"

I won't be here too long. I have a piano lesson at five and need to practice before I go

She had just gotten out of the shower, her hair was pulled into a pony tail. “Hey.” She said, a little more awake than before. “Same old, same old. Waking up late.” She said, with a small smile. “How was work?” She asked, sitting upside down on the couch. Grabbing the remote, she muted the TV from the show she was just watching so she could hear Jay better.

"Nothing I wouldn't expect," Jay replied. "Rick's still pretty POed about Saturday night, but he won't admit it," he chuckled. His tone grew a little more less light-hearted with his next question. "Can I ask you something? Remember yesterday? Please don't think anything...y'know. I...I didn't mean to walk away so..." he shook his head. Already, he was stopping and stuttering. "Sorry about leaving so sudd'nly."

“Rick’s never said things right out like that.” She shrugged as if someone could see her, “Just the way he is.” She blinked her eyes at his words and pinched the bridge of her nose. Malice didn’t really want to go back to last night. Yes, it had been amazing, but she messed it up. “It’s okay, don’t worry about it, really.” She was lying, but Jay never could tell. She was safe there and she gave a sigh of relief..

"Thanks," Jay smiled, more to himself than anyone in particular. After a moment to ponder he asked, "Are you free tonight?" He could take her out. He took a sip of his soda and looked out the window. A robin pecked at the ground, hoping to find a worm. It flew away when a larger bird landed close by. The larger bird preceded to peck at the ground where the robin did just moments ago, hoping to find some lunch. It wasn't the early bird gets the worm, no. It was the better comes out on top. Why he was watching birds? Jay had no idea.

She turned up-right on the couch and smile to herself, softly. “Yeah, I am. I’m not working on Monday’s, remember? Only Wednesdays and Thursdays.” She pulled a strand of hair from her face that escaped her hair elastic and tucked it behind her ear. “What do you have in mind?” She asked, curiosity masking her tone. Malice leaned back on the couch and laid an arm across the armrest while the other rested behind her head, serving as some sort of pillow. Whenever Malice and Jay went out for lunch or something, she always insisted on paying her half. She wasn’t going to let that change after what was said last night. She wasn’t a girl that just upped and changed when something happened. She would always stay the same. Good ol’ Malice.

x3 Birds? Really? x3 He reminds me of that man from the commercial that makes bird houses for living XD

We can roleplay on here as well as Leda's roleplay if you want. :3

"I figured that I could take you out for dinner tonight. Wherever you want--I don't have a preference," Jay said. He tossed his trash into the tall bin in the corner of the room. Finished with lunch, he moved over to the counter, where he stood for the remainder of the lunch hour.

Do you want to post first? I have a post that I wrote earlier in the RP if you want me to pull that up. It's not much to forward any plot.

Screamo isn't a favorite music genre of mine, but I like it tons more than mainstream gay pop : P That song has an epic guitar solo :D

She smiled to herself and pulled her legs up under herself in an Indian style way. “Sounds fun. Umm, (I’ll pick a random restaurant x3) Olive Garden? And I’m paying for my half.” She said, a smile creeping into her words. Malice balanced the phone between her shoulder and her ear as she went to her room, looking for something to wear already. X3.

So was mine. To engulfed in BVB <3 But I will still post x3 I am an epic multitasker.

I like a lot of things. x3 Alot of different music and gay pop x3 don't judge.

you can pull it up x3 I'm to lazeh but I'll put a big post on there after yours :3

Check out the epic violin solo they do in the acoustic version of knives and pens. It HAS to be acoustic though.

Jay lost. She ended up paying her part anyways.

You’re no match for my puppy dog eyes and my awesome ninja skills.”She said, laughing along with him. Malice loved Jay’s laugh. It was the laugh of someone who was perfectly happy in their life and wouldn’t trade it for anything. It brought her joy <3

I woke up the next morning with a yawn and rolled over. I sat up and stretched before smiling down at my sleeping Cody. I gently kissed his cheek before hopping up and hurrying over to the door. I threw it open and ran down the hall and into the back bedroom. Little Casey sat up in bed and smiled at me, shouting 'Mommy! Mommy!' I smiled and scooped her up in my arms, hugging her tight and spinning her around, kissing her forehead. "Good morning, princess! Are you excited for your first day of preschool?! Mommy went on a shopping spree for you!! Let's go pick out a pretty dress!" I exclaimed, more excited than Casey was. Okay, so I'm a bit of a shopohaulic and I love clothes. Not to mention pink. But my little Angel just HAS to look gorg on her first day of preschool. Gotta have a good reputation at all ages. We both agreed on a pink sundress and I helped her get dressed before brushing out her hair while I hummed happily to myself. I put her hair in cute little pigtails and smiled at her. "Breakfast time!" I announced.
