John smiled, "I smoke because of Richard." He jabbed at thumb in Richard's direction, "I drink because of Paulie." He jabbed a thumb in Paul's direction, "And I do drugs cause they're cool. And I've been in jail for all those reasons!"

John grinned. "Nice to meet you too!" He pulled out a pack of cigarets and took one. He then passed the pack around, letting the other three boys take one. When the pack came back to him, he held it up to Lei and Zek. "Want one?"
