Additional Rules For Admins, Mods, and Mini-Mods
Admins, Mods, and Mini-Mods
These rules are a continuation of the Site Rules and the numbers continue, but since they do not apply to members I decided to have these in a seperate topic.
8. If there is a fight going on and you are included in said fight, you MUST report the fight to another Admin or Mod and we will listen to both sides of the story and decide what action to take. YOU MAY NOT TAKE ACTION IF YOU ARE INCLUDED IN THE FIGHT.
9. If you wish to do something, please make sure it's okay with the other Admins and Mods before you do so. If you have an agreement of 75% of the Admins and Mods, you may do whatever it is you planned. Say you want to delete some old topics or clean out inactive members. Before you do so, you must have the permission of 75% of the other Admins and Mods.
10. When someone violates a rule for the First Offense they will be given a warning only. For the Second Offense they will either be given another warning or suspension of a decided on amount of time, depending on the severity of the violation, when the first warning was, and the decisions of the Administrators and Moderators. For Third Offense, it is either a longer suspension or banning.
11. Before suspending or banning a member you must have 75% of the other Admins and Mods permission to do so and their agreement on suspension time. They must be aware of the entire situation and all past voilations.
12. You may not move Private Roleplays. Even locked ones. They will stay where they are forever because you never know when roleplayers will come back to roleplay on it.
13. NO TOPICS CAN EVER BE DELETED UNLESS THERE WAS EXPLICIT CONTENT OR FIGHTING IN IT. They can be moved to Roleplay Archives if they are inactive but if someone requests for their roleplay to be returned you must put it back. They may not be deleted because the writing on the roleplay, even if it isn't much or very good, may be important to someone.
*To fighure out if 75% of the Admins and Mods agree with whatever it is you are inquiring, you must make a poll in the special section available to only Admins, Mods, and Mini-Mods and once voting is concluded you will have your results. Suggestions may be made.
*For a violation of any rule at all by an Admin, Moderator, or Mini-Mod their position will be immediately removed and action taken as it would for any other member.
*How To Suspend An Account-You cannot suspend accounts as there is no option for it so instead you just go to the profile and ban the member then unban them after the decided on amount of time.
