Kain had a major headache. He sits up from the couch, Kaiden laying next to him.
He pulls himself off the couch and ruffles his hair. He was a mess without Nicole.
He opens the door, "Yes?" He asks. He really wasn't in the mood to talk.

Lynx smiles and follows, "Alrightey Tiger."

Nicole smiles, feeling happy. Although under her happiness she felt kind of empty. Like something was missing... She didn't pay attention to it though. She looked up at him and smiled.

I look down at her, "I'm fine. Just go home. You're wasting your time
here. I already said Nicole wasn't here." I look over at Kaiden who was
still asleep and swallowed my breath. I could tell Kaiden missed Nicole
too. He just looked awful unhappy, but when he was around Nicole he
was always smiling.

I smile and toy around with her hair.
