I giggle, "I'm clearly American, I won't touch foreign
food.. except for Chinese that is." I had an exception
for Chinese because I grew up living off of it. Orphans
aren't always treated the nicest and served awesome
meals.

Richard laughed. "Well then come on!" He grabbed her hand and brought her to an alley way. Beer bottles were strewn across the ground and drunken, British voices could be heard shouting.

Richard put a finger to his lips. "Shhhh...." He pointed to a dark corner. "Sit there for a second, I'll be right out..." He went inside. As soon as he went in, the yelling stopped, then started again, this time angrier. Richard came out 20 minutes later with a paper bag in his hand. He rushed off and motioned for Baliey to follow.

I had already been standing outside of the alley,
waiting for him. There was no way in hell that I
was gonna sit in there with a bunch of beer cans
and screaming British People. When he walks out
of the alley, I look at him.

Richard sat in the grass, sweating and panting while he opened up two trays of fish and chips. "Tgey.....don't...like me...there....." He said and unbuttoned his shirt. "God im sweaty..."

I sit down in front of him and look at the trays.
I can't believe I was actually about to eat that.
I felt like I had to, like he really wanted me too.

I look at him and shrug. "I think so..." I wasn't entirely sure.
I just thought this was him trying to get me to eat British food.
But he might be thinking differently. I half-smile, trying to look
happy... but I was still depressed from earlier today.

I nod once and smile. I look at my tray. Did he
honestly just face people who didn't like him,
just so I would eat fish and chips? I giggle at
the thought, knowing he would wonder what I'm
laugh at but I'd never tell him.
