Personality:: Mandie is a fun-loving kind of girl. She can be shy around most, considering she got hurt bad by the guy she loved the most. She used to hide behind her brother, until he went on his own. Now she just tries to blend in with the background, and tries not to let anyone notice her, in fear that she'll fall for another guy, and have the same thing happen.|| Devin's definitely a perfect gentleman. He is very chivalrous, and he'll smother his girl with love and affection. He love's to love. He will never cheat, he thinks that guys who do that are rude and selfish. He seems like he's perfect, right? Wrong. He used to be depressed. He was on the verge of suicide, and almost attempted it, but stopped himself. He thought about his sister, and he stopped. He stills slightly struggles, but he'll make it through.
History:: After graduating high school, and enrolling into community college, she met a guy, who she loved very much. So much in fact, they got engaged. By the time she was twenty, they were still not married after a year of being engaged, but they didn't mind. They planned on having a family, and mere weeks after Mandie's twenty-first birthday, they got their wish. She had gotten pregnant. When her fiance found out, he freaked out. He told her that he decided that parenthood wasn't for him, and he called off the engagement right then and there. She's now single, and pregnant.|| However, after Devin graduated high school, he went a different route. The job route. He got a perfect job as a sort of assistant to a music producer. He grew with the company, and got promoted, and promoted, until he was at a really good place. He was raking in the cash, and loving his job, until he got fired. He never knew why, but he got fired. Dev was devastated, and practically drank his money away. When he lost his house, and most of his things, he became depressed. He was forced to move into an apartment and still continued to drink. He came to the point where he could barely eat, and he was on the verge of suicide. Bottle of pills in hand, he looked at the label. It was his sister's medication, that he had accidentally taken when he moved out of his parents house. And that's what stopped him. His sister. He tried to pick up his life. He finally got a job at the town post office, and he got money. Bit by bit he bought all new stuff, and bit by bit his life was piecing back together. He's still working on it, but life's been pretty good.

Mandie finished up her shift at the Italian restaurant and went straight to the doctor's office, which was only about a block away from the restaurant. She walked down the street, wiping off bread crumbs from her solid black pants. She still had her hair up in a ponytail, and she still wore her uniform, but she couldn't help it. She thought that she would have time to go home and change, but she got stuck with a table at the last minute, and her shift ran over. She looked up at the building as she neared it, and walked through the glass doors, adjusting her purse strap on her shoulder. She greeted the receptionist, and apologized for being late, though she explained why, seeing that there was no one else in the waiting room, and the doctor was with someone at the moment.

After a while, she got taken back by the doctor. "So, Miss Anderson, how have you been feeling?" He asked. "Oh, I still have the morning sickness, but it isn't that bad... I get headaches though." She replied. She still had morning sickness, she had thrown up twice this morning. And a headache followed behind it. She had a headache all morning, but it went away when she had gotten to the restaurant. "Yes, that is normal." The doctor looks at a couple of papers on a clipboard, and led Mandie into a room with an ultrasound machine. "Please sit down. I'll get the machine ready." Mandie sat down in the bed, and she watched the doctor. She had seen when people did ultrasounds on TV. The girls' boyfriend was usually right next to them, and she had no one.

"Okay Miss Anderson, you're all finished." He wiped off the gel stuff, and closed up the ultrasound machine. "Your baby seems to be coming along normally, and you seem to be healthy. So, you're good to go! You can either schedule your next appointment today, or you can call in later." Mandie got up from the chair type thing, and grabbed her purse, putting it on her shoulder. "Thank you." She smiled and walked out of the room, and out of the office. She barely even had a bump or anything, her tummy was just hard. She walked down the sidewalk, there was barely anyone on it. She stopped when she came to a bench, and she sat down. She plopped her purse next to her, keeping an arm looped through it. She closed her eyes, and took a deep breath. She was feeling slightly sleepy, and her headache was back. This kid is going to be the death of me. She thought to herself.
