Hey, nothin's wrong with Kouga! He's the only dude in the anime that can wear a skirt and still look sexy.

Why doesn't Inuyasha have a Fluff?
Because Inuyasha is not a full demon. I did some research and technically he would have to be a full dog demon to get a fluff because the fluff is supposedly a tail.
Why do the gay guy's like dogs?
I have no skittlin' idea. Perhaps they're *shudder* Inu Otaku's.
Why does Kouga wear a skirt and have a ponytail?
Wolves are barbaric. They have almost no care of what they look like. And +, he's just a skirt-and-ponytail kinda guy. It suits him.
Why is Miroku a pervert?
He's not a pervert. He's just a womanizer so he can get Sango to pay attention to him. Guys are idiots when it comes to that, because half the time they do something stupid and end up getting the WRONG type of attention.

Gorgeous question. Yes, Sesshers can become human. I've read a story in which said transformation happens. And it just so happens that Mr. Icicle-the-size-of-an-elephant-up-his-___ takes on a very Inuyasha-as-a-human look. The black silky hair... but his eyes become a browny-green.
