Katherine smiled as she started to play with her hair. "I hope they stop or maybe they start being friendly with me. I mean ghosts can be nice, right?" She thought, as she wondered if it was even possible in this neighborhood. "Um, you wanna go walk around or something?" She asked. At least it will be nice to get away from her house for a little while.

Gage smiled. "Yeah. They can probably be friendly if they try," he answered. At the request of taking a walk with her he nodded. "Of course. Sounds better than going back inside and facing my ghost." He chuckled. "Ghosts aren't fun. Try not to let them get to you. They'll aim for your weaknesses once they know what they are. We can try to get rid of the ghosts eventually. But we need to learn their weaknesses first." He said as they started walking side by side on the sidewalk.

Katherine smiled, and looked at him. She wanted to get the ghosts out of her house, but that wouldn't happen over night. The ghosts have to have a weakness. But what could it be? She can take some time on figuring it out. "Do you want to get something to eat?" She suggested as they were walking side by side on the sidewalk. Can this be more than friendship to her?

Gage wondered what she was thinking since she was so silent. He glanced over at her then smiled at her suggestion. "Sure. You want to head to the Elk Cafe? He asked, gesturing down the street that led to the small downtown part of town. The Elk Cafe was a nice-sized building that was half a restaurant and have a cafe where bands would come in and play for the entertainment of whoever was dining there. It was a popular hangout spot.

Katherine nodded, and then flipped her hair. "That sounds wonderful actually." Elk Cafe sounded amazing to her. Maybe she can get some nice food and then just hang out with him. That would be great.

Flicka stepped out of her neon green Camaro and closed the door, looking up at the big castle-like house that would serve as her home. The moving truck pulled up into the driveway behind her and she directed the movers on where to put her stuff in the house. She would unpack later. Right now, she just wanted to relax after the long drive. She leaned against her car and surveyed the area. There was a girl and boy walking on the other side of the street and no one else around that she could see. She took of her designer sunglasses and put them on top of her head. "What a nice place," she commented to herself. It was a quaint little town. She wondered how the people were. Were they friendly and open to newcomers? Or the opposite? She hoped it would be the first. Walking into her house, she peeked in each room. There was a surprising amount of rooms and their size was unexpectedly big compared to the size of the house. How did so much space fit in such a house? Oh well. She didn't need an explanation. She loved it. She walked into the guest bathroom to check her hair. She was leaning in to check her mascara when the shower curtain flew open and a ghostly wail filled the room. She screamed and ran out of the room and out the front door. She tripped on a bump in the lawn and fell onto the lush grass. She looked up at the window and saw a shadowy figure staring down at her. She screamed again and scrambled to get up but tripped and fell back to the ground. She curled up in a ball and lay shaking on the green grass.
