Kat had fallen asleep. She was curled up laying on people by accident. Thack stirred to the sound of rain hitting the metal roof. He leaned against the side watching every making sure they were all okay

Thack looked to Danny and Bella. He watched them curiously. Lightning flashed and brightened their faces for a few. He felt like he was creeping but didnt care. Thack turned to Kat who was sprawled across Josh and Zane with her injured knee on his lap. He turned back and watched te runoff trickle down the little gutter path he dug earlier in the day.
