Katie: she stopped crying and looked up,"i-i....just feel unwanted..." she took a shuddering breath,"last week when i was gone i went home to visit my family...my mom heard i was coming and ran away...then my dad took his knife.." she held up her arm showing him the healing scar,"then i come back and i see them happy together! i just feel...like i don't belong here..." her eyes lit up as if she got an idea from that

Kain: He was on the pier, his feet dangling at the end. He watched the sun set. A pretty girl came and sat down beside him.

Girl: "It's beautiful isn't it."

Kain: "Yup." He said still staring at the sun without barely glancing at the girl.

Girl: She smiled. "Kain, is it?"

Kain: "Mhmm" He wasn't curious as to how this stranger knew his name. His gaze set upon the girl, his eyes flicked. The girl had a sunkissed body.

Girl: "Wanna make out?"

Kain: "Su-" he paused as Nicole popped into his mind. "No Thanks."

Girl: "Awww why not?" she said rubbing his arm. "Do you have a girlfriend?" She said grinning, and began to kiss his neck.

Kain: He slightly slid away "No." (He thought: Not yet at least.)

Girl: She slid over to him. "Then why won't you kiss me?"

Kain: He sighed. "No reason." He said not revealing he had feelings for Nicole.

Girl: "Oh, then in that case.." she began to kiss his neck.

Kain: He let her for a few seconds, he didn't notice her because his gaze appeared back at the sun.

Girl: Continued.

Kain: He finally noticed and jumped away from her. He walked down the pier and back ot the house. He went to the bathroom and looked in the mirror. It appeared he had a good-sized hickey. "Oh No, What's nicole gonna think of me when she sees this?" It dawned on him and he smiled, "Well, what she doesn't know won't hurt her." He walked to his room and put on a sleeveless jacket that hid the hickey.
